Traveling with a family of four and grandparents means space and location are non-negotiable, and Stacey delivered on both fronts. She really listened to our wish list and narrowed it down to a few excellent choices. She educated us about travel waivers that allow passengers to change or cancel flights without fees if weather issues arise. She even offered to call our hotel to see if we could stay in the same rooms and what the costs would be if our flights were delayed. She kept monitoring the weather for us, and thankfully, the storm shifted away. Stacey was so caring, proactive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We felt completely supported from start to finish.
