What's the minimum group size?+

We start handling groups at around 8–10 travelers, where the planning complexity meaningfully exceeds an individual booking. Smaller groups can still be booked but generally don't unlock group-rate perks.

Can different travelers pay separately?+

Yes. Most groups prefer individual billing — each traveler pays for their own room and add-ons. We can also handle single-payer billing if the organizer is covering everyone.

Do you handle destination weddings specifically?+

Yes — many of our advisors specialize in destination weddings. We coordinate the wedding party, family travel, and guest blocks, often working with the venue's wedding coordinator on the ground.

How early should we book a group trip?+

9–14 months for destination weddings and larger groups. 6+ months for smaller groups. Corporate retreats vary — sometimes 3 months is enough if dates are flexible.

What happens if someone cancels?+

We handle the cancellation, work the supplier policies, and process any insurance claims. The rest of the group's booking continues unaffected. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all group travelers.
