TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have a current passport for your Country of Residence that is valid for six months from the return date. I understand that it is my responsibility to carry the proper documentation required to travel outside of my home country.

Booking is non-refundable. Chargebacks are NOT permitted and any disputes will be challenged. Cancellations will be processed in accordance with the supplier's Terms and Conditions.
Out-of-province medical insurance and trip cancellation insurance have been offered to the passengers and declined unless otherwise stated.
This contract permits price increases. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more than 7%, except for increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax, and GST/HST cumulative increase, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
Passengers are responsible for declaring they are Canadian citizens and obtaining the necessary documentation(s) such as; 1) a valid Canadian passport for a minimum of 6 months from the return date is required. 2) required entry visa, 3) medical immunization, vaccination, etc... Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. If you are a Citizen of another country, please make sure that you are aware of the specific requirements for your situation.
Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there concerning the provision of utilities, services, and accommodations may differ from those found in Canada.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Trip Cancellation and medical/ health insurance may be purchased elsewhere and may be applied to this trip. Contact your GOwithHIPPO agent for insurance options.
PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport for a minimum of 6 months from the return date, to travel internationally (not a Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, and no exceptions (out of the USA). GO with HIPPO Travel is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR!
HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS: You MUST bring your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photocopy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your GOwithHIPPO Travel Professional if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, availability, and promotions, and may be subject to additional charges and terms at the time of change.
FINAL PAYMENT: Please note on your calendar the final payment date as reminders may not be sent. The credit card will be charged accordingly on the final payment date as indicated on your invoice. GOwithHIPPO Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after this date. Failure to have sufficient funds available will result in your reservation being canceled and you may lose any or all deposits. Late fees will apply.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Cancellation penalties apply to every type of travel component and may vary by supplier.
TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation/notarized letter for travel and medical release to airport and governmental authorities.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Please read through these documents immediately; misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates, etc. are not the responsibility of GOwithHIPPO Travel. Your travel documents (if airfare is purchased through GO with HIPPO Travel) include airline electronic ticket receipts (proof of purchase, not boarding passes or actual tickets). Boarding passes are printed at the time of check-in; online with the airline directly, or at the airport when showing passport & checking in luggage. You must take your travel documents with you in addition to passports and a major credit card, that was used for the travel booking, for any baggage, car rental, or additional fees that may apply.
BAGGAGE FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. GO with HIPPO Travel is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE.
AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Airlines change flight schedules, & may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond GOwithHIPPO Travel's control. Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. GO with HIPPO Travel is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last-minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure and at the airport. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.Contact your GOwithHIPPO Travel Professional for protection options.
RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS:You are personally responsible for re-confirming your flight schedule within 24 hours before departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours before departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your GOwithHIPPO Travel documents).
RESORT CHECK IN: Check-in time at most resorts will vary, at the discretion of the resort, your room may not be ready.
DRESS CODE: Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require dress codes. ie... long pants, collared shirt, & closed-toe shoes. Be aware that some countries do not permit the wearing of camouflage. Please check with your GOwithHIPPO Travel Professional.
CHARGEBACKS are NOT permitted and any disputes will be challenged. All cancellations are subject to the suppliers terms and conditions.
