Jody booked and managed our large group of 10 going from Calgary and Edmonton to Rome, Italy for our wedding! Her communication was excellent and she was very proactive in ensuring our flights and accommodations were arranged as planned (even during the stressful WestJet strike). She was constantly available throughout our trip in case we needed anything and even followed up after. Her attention to detail and easy manner made our trip relatively stress free! We have booked three if not four of our last vacations through Jody with hippo travel. The level of service is second to none even when we are on resort, we can reach out and get problems resolved.
