One thing to know about me is I am all about mental health! What do mental health and travel have to do with each other? Great question, I'm glad you asked!
1. Most people take vacations to care for their mental health! It's an escape from regular life/work, it's an invigorating adventure, it's a special way to connect with your family and friends (and so much more)!
2. Travel can also be stressful to plan and book! (This is where I come in!)
Booking through me is a way to maximize the mental health benefits of travel as I can take care of the more stressful aspects of travel for you. We can chat to ensure we are individualizing a trip made for your hopes, needs, and price point, then, I will find the best options I can to meet those. I can even share some mental health strategies on how to make the best of your vacation while you're on it!
I travel to improve my mental heath, and whether it's road tripping through Norway, embarking on a new cruise destination, or going to Disney parks (again, and again, and again!), life is better when I have a trip booked to look forward to. Try it out for yourself!
